After millions of tweets and desperate measures from fans we took the idea to the CMO and said it’s time, we need to listen to them. We teased the re-release of Chicken Fries and people went nuts. After just one day of them back we sold out, lines were out the doors and once again they were begging for more. Burger King then made them a permanent staple on the menu and increasing their revenue by 500%. To this day they are still around with different flavors, and holiday specials. We showed the QSR world that when you listen to customers business changes and you make the people who love you, love you even more.
